NT89 x Asian Dan – Go BIG or Go Home

NT89 – Go BIG or Go Home (Atom Heart Mother)

NT89 produced this theme song/cover for the b-log and is getting shirts made. Peep it. Some big changes are on the way in the next few weeks for Asian Dan so be on the lookout. Thanks for reading and for all the love.

Cazals x Daft Punk

Daniel from Cazals sent me this cover of Digital Love that they played live on Radio 1 for the BBC a few years ago. Daniel feels it is a weak cover but I think that it is a great “rock” cover of this tune. They even nail the raging guitar solo at the end. Goes to show you how well Daft Punk’s songwriting is and that their music translates well into any genre. God bless Daft Punk.

Cazals – Digital Love (Live on Radio 1)

Surkin x Chromeo

Surkin – Chrome Knight (feat. Chromeo)

Interesting Remix, apparently it is an official thing, it is in Surkin’s myspace player right now. It will be released on the Next of Kin (Mark II) EP on Institubes. Long live 90s house.

Pedro Winter x Pitchfork

Pitchfork Interviews: Pedro Winter/Ed Banger

“On the other hand, my job at the moment is a bit similar to that of a taxi driver because I don’t know what will happen– there are always surprises. The other day Rick Rubin calls to say that he likes our music. Then I had to explain to Madonna why Justice doesn’t want to support her on tour. It’s crazy.”- Pedro Winter

“My goal with Justice was for them to be real producers. To be capable, let’s say, of producing the new Red Hot Chili Peppers album. The only strategy was to have them make a lot of key remixes.”-Pedro Winter
