Manchester’s Illum Sphere returns with “Birthday” via the Young Turks fam. I first heard of Illum Sphere via his fantastic Flying Lotus-esque remix of Bjork’s “Hidden Place”. “Birthday” explores Illum Sphere’s take on a twisted k-hole filter house track as it spins into a controlled chaos. Definitely a track that catches you off guard on a very good way.
