Post-Xmas Tunes

Don Rimini – Let Me Back Up (Crookers Remix)
This tune is some dirty crunktastic techno. Crookers are an Italian duo and roll deep with The Bloody Beetroots. When the main part of this song drops watchout.
Crookers Myspace

Here is a really poor quality clip of the much talked about MSTRKRT track, VUVUVU. The first 2 mins is the track then they spin the Crookers Don Rimini Remix.
MSTRKRFT -VUVUVU (Live)

Another track by the Cazals, I love the Ronnettes “Be My Baby” drums in the beginning. I can’t wait for their album.
Cazals – My Ex-Valentine (demo)

Checkout these tracks from an up and coming producer from Brooklyn, Alden D. I’m digging his old school techno sound, reminds me of Beltram or Jeff Mills.
Alden D – Massive
Alden D – Let It Be

MJ x Kanye

Kanye rockin his Michael Jackson fit.

Michael Jackson – Billie Jean (Kanye West 2008 Remix) *Rip*

This is an interesting remix to say the least. It sounds like Kanye just called Timbaland in for some help with his kick drum samples. This track had so much potential. I guess thats what happens when you try to mess with something that is already amazing. Sorry Kanye, I guess you can only do it once with Daft Punk but that was just luck.

Clark – Kniff Griff

Clark – Kniff Griff
Throttle Promoter – 2007
This track is some hardcore dupstep/grime meets Warp Records IDM sound. Clark is such an amazing talent on Warp, I am always looking forward for whatever he puts out.

Justice @ Fader 50 Party – Bowery Ballroom
Peep the ill Beethoven’s 5th intro. I think they are DJing with Ableton like their live sets and like DJ Falcon. But I dunno.
