King Krule debuts a new single “Rock Bottom” which taps into his deep crooner side. I don’t know nor understand how this young fellow can sound like he has been through so much but he is just able to channel that “been though some tough times” vibes in all his music. The 13 year old middle school jazz band musician in me is so drawn to this track with all its minor 7th chords. Also the tasteful use of the “Amen Break” really touches my early IDM side.
