James Righton : Release Party
James Righton’s latest DEEWEE release is a slinky synth pop funk tune. A dreamy electro pop that will keep you tapping your toes.

Big tune after big tune from Doss. Insanely fun and slick sounding production. I cannot wait for this new EP from her.
Cadence Weapon blows open the dystopian world we live in on “Parallel World”. He questions our modern surveillance state, systemic racism, gentrification, inequalities and the police profiling all through the lens grime, trap, acid house and everything in between. A truly versatile and expansive album that reveals more with each listen. Time to embrace the stark reality we live in and move forward together to make things better.
Sweden’s own ishi vu unveils “La Luz” – an LP that explores the worlds of post punk and trip hop through the lens of the the dancefloor. “This is your Life” has been on repeat for me and is my favorite track along with “Poison Dart” which touches upon the best elements of the Deftones. Enjoy the ride.
A beautiful collection of meditative tracks that showcase what the bass guitar can be in 2021 but also highlights Daniel Aged’s unique and delicate sense of harmony, instrumentation and arrangement.
A brand new double header EP from Burial and Blackdown has arrived out of the blue. Blackdown offers up two proper UK dubstep sounding tunes. Somehow Burial always is able to surprises me with each new release of new music – these two tracks are somehow his take on gospel disco club tracks but obviously with his signature touch. “Dark Gethsemane” starts as a UK Garage track that takes a journey though the club and somehow ends up sounding like an ESG track at end of it all. “Space Cadet” is a pure hands in the air disco ball euphoria sound.
What a beautiful and mad exercise in imagination and insanity.
black midi is the most exciting modern band. Period.
A spacey dubbed out track by Para One off his upcoming film and album Spectre. I cannot wait for both.
This latest edition of GOODNIGHT RADIO is a mix of new songs that have been on rotation this past month.
A pure dose of disco gospel pop c/o Alex Frankel.
